We currently shoot weddings primarily in Erie, PA and Outer Banks, NC together with the surrounding areas. We are always up for a roadtrip - let's talk about it!
Well, of course it is not NECESSARY, BUT we strongly encourage it. It is a great way to get some photos of you and your fiancé and a GREAT way to get practice in front of the camera before the wedding day. If you are especially nervous about being in front of the camera we definitely would recommend it. It is a great time, too!
In order to book us for a wedding day we require a 25% retainer and a signed contract. This assures us on that day! After that the remainder is due one week before the wedding date. We do this so that you have one less thing to worry about on the wedding day. We want to make your day flow as smooth as possible and give you as little as possible to worry about.
Portrait sessions require a 50% retainer to hold your spot with the remainder due on your session date.
We do our best to get them back as quickly as possible, because trust us, we know how anxious you are to see them! Engagement sessions typically take 2-3 weeks and weddings are typically 6-8 weeks. We also post a few glimpses across social media so you can share with some friends and family in the mean time!
While most packages either include a digital print release or the option to purchase the digital rights to your images, it is not always recommented. Because you invested in a great photographer, it means that photos are important to you. Especially if you invested in me specifically for my editing style. With such a large investment, I’d hate to see you print photos that don’t look at all like they are supposed to! You might as well go the extra mile and spend a little extra to ensure that the photos that you look at for years to come actually look the way they are supposed to. But again, you are not required to order prints through my service.
